LAS ABUELAS

This chocolate delights your palate with a hint of raisin flavor that lingers until the last bite. It pairs wonderfully with a range of wines, from a fruity Pinot Noir to a sweet Port.

HOLY MOLE!

Has really become the dark chocolate favorite with its savory finish pairing well with Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo, or a Mezcal, Wow! It's awesome

SPICY SONORAN

You have many options to choose from here a full-bodied red wine with jammy and spicy notes such as a Syrah, old vine Zin or a blend.

JALISCO JALAPEÑO

Pair this creamy and buttery chocolate with fruity white wines that finish with peach, apple or pear flavors.
A Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Viognier, or Prosecco pair well. An Añejo Tequilla really dances on your pallet. 

SMOKEY JOE

The deep rich chocolate and smoky heat blend beautifully with Cabernet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bourbon or Scotch.

SALTY SEÑORITA

Salty Senorita pairs well with all spirits!

NARANJA

Naranja is the deepest of the chocolates at 80%. It is surprisingly smooth, rich and has a lilting orange that will pair with big bold reds such as Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Syrah Cognac and Scotch.

CALABAZA

Calabaza is a burst of Autum with clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Pair with white wines and sparkling wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Prosecco, Rose, Brut, Anejo Tequilla, rum and Whisky.

Spicy Foods Tied to Longer Lifespan

Love spicy food? Chances are you'll live longer, according to new findings out of Harvard Medical School. Based on a large multi-year food analysis, the study found that people who reported eating spicy foods three days per week were less likely to die during the study period than those who consumed spicy foods less than once a week. The research, which was published in the medical journal BM!, reported that eating spicy foods between three and seven days per week appeared to lower mortality by as much as 14%. Among the most commonly used spicy foods, fresh chili peppers were specifically linked to a lower risk of dying as a result of cancer, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
